Smile from A Smiler

One thing that I love to see from other people is their smile. It’s something precious that someone can give freely. It can be seen and felt. I talk about sincere smiles that sent by heart and felt by heart, too. It is calming and relaxing. People who love to smile indicate that they are happy. They transferred positive vibes that people need days by days.

Smiling makes someone look positively attractive. Researchs have proven that people become more attractive when they are wearing smile. Smile is also good for our health. It is one of effectife exercises for face. Why? Because when we smile, bloodstream around our face becomes more smoothly and thousands of nerve move spontaneously. This causes the muscles and skin of our face tightened, thus it reducing wrinkles. Stay young with smile.

As social beings, people love to be respected and appreciated. Smile is the easiest thing to show our respect. The sincere one, not the fake. We can feel it. There is something special with sincere smile. It’s like, the eyes also smile. It can change our feeling, turn to something we can’t express. Dr. Aidh Al-Qarni says, “That smile is something beautiful, engaging, fun and exciting. Someone who sees people smiling will feel peace and his heart filled with coolness.”

When you’re smiling, no doubt it simply makes you better. Research has shown that smiling releases serotonin – a neurotransmitter that produces feelings of happiness and wellbeing. It’s like a circle of happiness, you feel happy and you smile, smile and you feel happy!

So, just be a smiler to keep the happiness inside and spread it outside, people!
